SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to walk and sit. The employee is occasionally required to stand; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The work environment is a business office setting with office equipment, light traffic and moderate noise levels. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outside weather conditions.

SUMMARY: To respond to client’s request and needs for Christmas assistance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Provide the public with information regarding Salvation Army Christmas assistance programs.- The ability to a be self-starter and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Be knowledgeable about holiday assistance in the metro area and make referrals as needed.
- Complete and approve online Christmas applications.
- Display professionalism when working with clients on the phone and in person.
- Schedule appointments and complete in person Christmas applications.
- Ensure that all applications are accurate and entered in a timely manner.
- Return all phone calls from clients regarding the Christmas assistance programs.
- Perform any other duties assigned duties by supervisor.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Must have High Diploma or GED and a minimum of three to six months related experience and/or training in customer service and data entry.
